Appetizers for 2 people
For the salad
- 1 cucumber very finely chopped
- 2 dl Greek yogurt
- 2 large cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 small bunch of dill finely chopped
- Juice and peel of 0.5 lemons
- s alt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 large ek. olive oil
For kebabs
- 40 dkg chicken thigh fillet, diced
- 2 red bell peppers cut into bites
- 2 purple onions chopped
- 20 dkg cherry tomatoes
- 20 dkg halloumi cheese crumbled
- 0.5 dl olive oil
- to taste, s alt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, paprika, brown sugar

1. For the kebabs, mix the oil and spices thoroughly.
2. Thread the ingredients onto skewers and brush with the highly seasoned mixture.
3. Put it in a contact grill at not too high a temperature and bake it for 8-10 minutes.
4. Mix the salad ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl and serve fresh next to the skewers.
